    The monthly subscription automatically renews every 30 days from the purchase date.

  5. What happens if I cancel the subscription before claiming the purchased package?

    Claiming becomes impossible, so we recommend retrieving the reward before canceling the subscription.

  6. Is it possible to get a refund for purchases made in-game?
    Unfortunately, refunds for in-game purchases are not possible due to the verification process on the Tebex service and game server side.
